BURNBRAE FARMS: COMPLIANCE AND OPTIMIZED OPERATIONS
AN APPROACH TO OPTIMIZATION IN TWO PHASES
Burnbrae Farms, after conducting an external analysis of their water treatment facilities, recognized the need for process optimization. In this project aimed at upgrading their system, the existing infrastructure was facing challenges in meeting the required discharge standards. However, starting from scratch was not a viable option due to cost and time constraints. Leveraging Mabarex’s expertise in assessing existing systems and optimizing water treatment processes, a strategic plan was devised. To facilitate the optimization process, a temporary plant was set up as an interim solution which provided the necessary time to fine-tune and enhance the permanent system. Through careful analysis and targeted improvements, Burnbrae Farms successfully achieved improved compliance and operational efficiency, all while mitigating the need for a complete system overhaul.
